Students and professionals pursuing a career in health care, higher education or cybersecurity now have a clearer path as the result of three new agreements between and Geneva College.
The agreements offer guaranteed admission, tuition discounts and fast-track decisions for qualifying students 鈥 helping them save time and money while preparing for high-demand professions.
Cedarville鈥檚 new post-graduate affiliation agreement with Geneva College, located in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, provides preferred admission and enrollment benefits to Geneva students entering Cedarville鈥檚 professional health care programs. Eligible programs include pharmacy, nursing, athletic training and physician assistant studies. Geneva students who meet admissions criteria may receive guaranteed interviews, priority scholarships and other personalized support.
鈥淲e are excited to welcome Geneva College students into Cedarville鈥檚 health care graduate programs,鈥 said Dr. Janice Supplee, dean of graduate studies at 糖心官网. 鈥淭his partnership reflects our shared commitment to academic excellence and Christ-centered education while expanding access to high-quality, mission-driven health care training.鈥
As part of the agreement, Geneva students admitted to Cedarville鈥檚 PharmD program will receive affiliate benefits, including scholarships and access to mentoring and support resources. Similar benefits are extended across other programs, with guaranteed admission for Master of Athletic Training (MAT) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) candidates and preferred review for Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) applicants.
The MAHE partnership provides Cedarville staff with professional development support and customized field experience integration, reinforcing Cedarville鈥檚 investment in its employees鈥 growth and leadership potential in Christian higher education.
A third initiative between the two institutions creates a streamlined academic pathway in the fast-growing field of cybersecurity. Under a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Cedarville students who complete the university鈥檚 graduate certificate in cybersecurity management may transfer up to 12 credit hours toward Geneva College鈥檚 Master of Science in cybersecurity program.
To qualify, students must earn at least a grade of 鈥淏鈥 or higher in specified certificate courses and meet admissions requirements for Geneva鈥檚 graduate program. Geneva will provide the remaining 21 credit hours, along with academic advising and student support services. The M.S. in cybersecurity is fully online.
This partnership further strengthens Cedarville鈥檚 nationally recognized presence in cybersecurity education. The university maintains educational partnership agreements with the National Security Agency (NSA), U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), and the Air Force Research Laboratory Materiel Command (AFRL) 鈥 affirming its role in preparing students to serve with technical expertise and integrity in a vital national security sector.
The goal of all three agreements is to provide clearer, more affordable paths to graduate education while equipping future professionals to lead with both competence and character.
