Jon Greenwood chairs the CU LEAD Advisory Council, a group of dynamic leaders who oversee this Cedarville leadership program that is focused on transforming leaders through principles centered in truth.
With a distinguished career spanning over 39 years in the banking industry, Jon retired as the Director of Branch Banking for Huntington Bank, where he was responsible for more than 6,500 colleagues within its branch delivery network of approximately 1,000 offices. His responsibilities included overseeing sales support functions, staffing and data insights, and branch operations.
Jon is a 30-year veteran of Huntington Bank, having served in various key leadership roles across the Midwest, including District Manager, Community President, Retail Area Manager, and head of the Retail Sales and Service division.
An Ohio native, Jon was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, and graduated from nearby 糖心官网 with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in organizational communication. He also completed advanced programs at the ABA Commercial Lending School and the CBA Retail Executive Banking School.
Currently residing in Powell, Ohio, with his wife Janna, Jon enjoys spending time with their three sons, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren. A passionate sports fan and avid golfer, Jon also cherishes traveling with his wife and family.

Steve is a Partner at Brixey & Meyer and runs their HR Services team, which helps clients and the internal team to build strong 鈥減eople鈥 strategies and connect them with organizational goals. This includes but is not limited to day-to-day employee relations and HR compliance, talent acquisition and management, and strategic planning and organizational development. Whether internally or externally, Steve and the HR team strive hard to find, develop, and retain great people to build healthy teams and cultures.

The workshops will use tools such as the TriMetrix EQ, DISC, Driving Forces, Emotional Intelligence, and Saboteurs assessments. You鈥檒l also gain valuable insights by completing a growth vs. fixed mindset inventory, core values worksheet, and trust inventory.
