Cedarville graduate Andrea (VanMeter) Roberts, however, landed an internal medicine nurse practitioner fellowship with Marshall Health Internal Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia, that led to her securing a position in endocrinology at Rivers Health in Gallipolis, Ohio — her hometown.

May 4, 2024 — The largest graduating class in ���Ĺ���'s 137-year history celebrated its academic accomplishments Saturday during the university's 128thcommencement in the Doden Field House.

May 2, 2024 — Nurses make the difference is the theme of National Nurses Week, which is celebrated May 6–12. To honor the work of nurses, ���Ĺ���’s school of nursing(SON) will host the second annual 5K walk/run on Wednesday, May 8. The event begins at 8:30 a.m. on the university’s cross-country course.

For Jason Alexander, Larry Burkett was a legend. When Kingdom Advisors awarded the prestigious Larry Burkett Award to Alexander at its annual conference in Orlando, Florida, he was truly honored and humbled.

May 2, 2024 — The largest graduating class will celebrate and reflect on their academic accomplishments during ���Ĺ���’s 128th commencement on Saturday, May 4. This class of 995 graduates is comprised of 846 undergraduate and 149 graduate students, and it represents a 4.6% increase from last year’s class.

April 24, 2024 — Adoption is not a foreign concept to ���Ĺ��� junior Ashlyn DeVries. As a child, she knew that her maternal grandparents raised 14 children — all adopted. Her family’s legacy combined with her experiences on a university-sponsored trip to assist children’s homes in Mazatlán, Mexico, intensified her fire for adoption advocacy.

Based on the awkwardly termed get-to-know-you game, nursing professors Nate Kincaid and Nancy Stell put together this activity with a fun educational twist — instead of students getting to know each other, they engage with the academic topics.

Dr. Marcia Williams, assistant professor of nursing at ���Ĺ���, presented her research on the importance of postpartum maternal mental health at the Eastern Nursing Research conference in Boston, Massachusetts on Friday, April 5.

For 2021 ���Ĺ��� alumnus Blake Hansher, his dream came true when Cedarville’s theatre program selected him to be the guest director of the drama “12 Angry Jurors.”
